Function and characteristic

• The machine full computer control, easy operation,simple; can be stored 1000 orders
• Box without bottom and with cover can be stapled,too(to be specified when ordering)

• Nail head power for the servo motor, the mechanical speed:1000 nails/min
• The paper feeding part adopts front belt feeding to ensure that the cartons are not skewed ,feed have side flapping device enables the sending paper neatly smooth
• The paper feeding part adopts the servo motor to control and ensure stable and accurate nail pitch.
• This machine is designed with box shaping functions,ensure the scissors will not appear in the stitching.
• The machine finally automatic counting stacking quantitative output.
• The machine for bundling part is optional.
• The machine is with three function; stick,stitch and sticking stitch.

Nail head main parts manufacturing for the Japanese die steel; cutting blades,the bottom die for the German import tungsten steel

Cylinder,electromagnetic valve is Taiwan AIRTAC brand

The whole machine is converted by precision cnc machining center.
